উবুন্টু তো সেটআপ দিলাম এবার নেট ব্যবহার করবো কিভাবে? পুরাতন জুম বদলে জুম আল্ট্রা কানেকশন নিয়েছি। Sentar ST880U নামে একটা নতুন মডেম দিয়েছে। এটা XP তে কনেক্ট করলে Plug & Play হিসাবে কাজ করে কিন্তু উবুন্টুতে হচ্ছেনা। XP এর সাথে সেটআপ দিয়েছি। কিভাবে কি করবো। সাহায্য করেন।
আমি Shaim Hasan Efat। বিশ্বের সর্ববৃহৎ বিজ্ঞান ও প্রযুক্তির সৌশল নেটওয়ার্ক - টেকটিউনস এ আমি 14 বছর 4 মাস যাবৎ যুক্ত আছি। টেকটিউনস আমি এ পর্যন্ত 2 টি টিউন ও 11 টি টিউমেন্ট করেছি। টেকটিউনসে আমার 0 ফলোয়ার আছে এবং আমি টেকটিউনসে 0 টিউনারকে ফলো করি।
ধাপে ধাপে কাজগুলো করুন – ( মোডেমটা খোলা রাখবেন )
১. fr.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/u/usb-modeswitch/usb-modeswitch_1.1.0-2_i386.deb , fr.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/u/usb-modeswitch-data/usb-modeswitch-data_20100127-1_all.deb এই দুইটা ফাইল ডাউনলোড করে নিন ( উইন্ডোস থেকে )
২. উবুন্টুতে ঢুকে প্রথমে usb-modeswitch_1.1.0-2_i386.deb ফাইলটা ডাবল ক্লিক করে ইন্সটল করুন , তারপর usb-modeswitch-data_20100127-1_all.deb ফাইলটা ডাবল-ক্লিক করে ইন্সটল করুন ।
৩. এবার পিসি রিস্টার্ট দিন (অবশ্যই দিতে হবে , রিস্টার্ট না দিয়ে মোডেম লাগাবেন না ) ।
৪. উবুন্টুতে লগ-ইন করুন ।
৫. মোডেমটা লাগান ।
৬. Application -> Accessories থেকে Terminal খুলুন ।
৭. lsusb লিখে এন্টার দিন – যা আসে এখানে পেষ্ট করুন ।
৮. dmesg|grep USB লিখে এন্টার দিন – যা আসে এখানে পেষ্ট করুন । ( | এটা কিন্তু i না , এটা পাবেন Shift . \ এ )
( শেষের কাজটুকু করার কারণ মোডেমটা পেলো কিনা টেষ্ট করা , একটু কষ্ট কে জানান প্লিজ ! )
